Investing In Others
I firmly believe that businesses should give back to the community in which they operate.
My philosophy is simple: When individuals succeed, the community benefits.
I am committed to providing pro-bono and reduced-rate services for individuals who are giving back to their community through good work. If you’re a non-profit or an individual looking to strengthen your communication skills, I want to hear from you!
Money should never be an obstacle to building confidence and contributing your voice to a worthy cause.
How I Give Back
THE GIFT OF EDUCATION
Every year, Communication Tactics donates a percentage of all revenue to fund an endowed scholarship in Communication Studies. We are proud to announce that in July of 2012, Communication Tactics established the Dr. John Lee Jellicorse Endowed Scholarship in Media Studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
PROTECTING THE WORLD'S OCEANS
Committed to protecting the waters I swim in, Communication Tactics is donating a percentage of all revenue to protect the world’s most vulnerable oceans.
I am proud to announce the launch of PatronoftheSound.org, a site dedicated to highlighting the beauty of the Puget Sound region and raising awareness of how we can give back, both locally and on a broader level to combat global climate change.
SAVING LIVES AT SEA
The sea can be a dangerous place.
I have committed 50% of all royalties from my next book, 10 Days in Dover, to support the lifesaving efforts of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution.
